Opening Hours of cat street

As a public street Upper Lascar Road is open 24 hours, but the stalls that make it an interesting experience to visit of course do not have such long hours.

Most shops and stalls in the bazaar open in mid morning and don't close until late business hours, around 6pm.  The best times to visit are after lunch time when everything is open and it is not too busy.  On Sundays some shops do not open.
